I have used Dave Axel for commercial real estate services for over 30 years. Initially to find a warehouse to rent for a growing business and then later to purchase property to build on. At the time it was not an easy task to do either of these in the Oviedo area, but Dave with his knowledge and persistence was able to accomplish both.
