Meet David (Dave) Axel: 

For over 30 years, Dave Axel has brokered commercial real estate and consulted on development projects. Much of his career has been spent in southeast Seminole and northeast Orange counties, where his work has resulted in new residential neighborhoods and local business growth.

Dave’s experience includes land development, commercial leasing, and guiding clients through the process of buying and selling commercial real estate. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and approaching each project with honesty, care, and a commitment to the people he serves.

Whether working on a new commercial project or helping a client find the right property, Dave’s goal has always been simple: to create opportunities that bring value to both his clients and the community.
